Please be prepared to board shuttles at these locations at least 15 minutes ahead of the times listed below
If you choose to drive, there is parking available at both event venues.
FRIDAY AUGUST 21
The Welcome Party Rivertown Lodge 7:30pm - 10:30pm
If you are staying at The Wick:
7:15pm - Shuttle Pick Up
10:30pm - Shuttle Return Trip
If you are staying at The Holiday Inn:
7:00pm - Shuttle Pick Up
10:30pm - Shuttle Return Trip
The Wedding The Caboose 7:30pm - 10:30pm
The After Party Hudson Dinner 11:00pm-1:00am**
*Shuttles will be available to take guests from the reception to the after party immediately following the reception.
Saturday AUGUST 22
If you are staying at The Wick:
4:45pm - Shuttle Pick Up
10:00pm, 11:00pm, 12:00am (from the after party), 1:00am (from the after party) - Shuttle Return Trips
If you are staying at The Holiday Inn:
4:15pm - Shuttle Pick Up
10:00pm, 11:00pm, 12:00am (from the after party), 1:00am (from the after party) - Shuttle Return Trips

4:45pm - Shuttle Pick Up
