  • To attend all wedding events, we recommend arriving to Hudson on Friday, August 21st.

    If you are traveling in on the day of the wedding, for your planning purposes, our ceremony will be held in the late afternoon (exact time will be listed on the invite).

    For our West Coast friends and family (or anyone who wants to extend their weekend!), we recommend arriving Thursday to avoid a Thursday night redeye and enjoy Hudson! We will be organizing some activities/events for Thursday evening/Friday morning for those in town.

  • We have already blocked the entire The Rivertown Lodge, so once those rooms are claimed, we cannot add any more. If you are interested in staying at The Wick but the block is full, please email kandlgetmarried@gmail.com. We will look into the possibility of adding rooms to the block depending on demand.

  • You are invited to all wedding weekend events included on the Schedule page. We hope to see you there!

  • Yes! The specific details are still being sorted, but transportation will be provided from both The Wick and The Rivertown Lodge to/from the Welcome Party, Wedding, and After Party (if the event is not already at at/near that location). More details to come.

  • The timing of each event is still to be confirmed. We will update the Schedule page as details are finalized.

    If it is helpful in planning your travel, the Welcome Party will be in the evening on Friday and the Wedding events will begin late afternoon on Saturday.

  • We love our little ones! However, this is an adult only event. We hope all our new parents can enjoy a night out together!
