  • You can RSVP here. Please submit your RSVP by no later than July 1st.

  • To attend all wedding events, we recommend arriving to Hudson on Friday, August 21st.

    If you are traveling in on the day of the wedding, for your planning purposes, please arrive to The Caboose by 5:00pm.

    For our West Coast friends and family (or anyone who wants to extend their weekend!), we recommend arriving Thursday to avoid a Thursday night redeye and enjoy Hudson! We will be organizing some activities/events for Thursday evening/Friday morning for those in town.

  • Yes! Transportation will be provided from The Wick, The Rivertown Lodge, and The Holiday Inn to/from the Welcome Party, Wedding, and After Party (if the event is not already at at/near that location). Final shuttle schedule to be published closer to the event.

  • We love our little ones! However, this is an adult only event. We hope all our new parents can enjoy a night out together!

  • The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30pm. Please arrive to The Caboose between 5:00 and 5:15pm.

  • Friday Night Welcome Party — Summer Cocktail

    Think summer chic. For women, minis, midis, or maxis, or a cute skirt-and-blouse combo. For men, trousers and a collared shirt or polo — a sport coat is totally optional, and no tie required. Please refrain from wearing sneakers (or Kate will find you). A reminder for everyone: please skip the whites and ivories.

    The Wedding — Formal

    For women, midi or full-length dresses and gowns in formal materials. We encourage you to wear colors and patterns - have fun with it! Please no whites or ivories. A heads up on the shoes: the ceremony and cocktail hour will be held in The Caboose garden, where the ground is a low grade gravel. It’s not that rocky, and the reception will be indoors, but we wanted to give a heads up. For men, suits and ties. While tuxes are not required, if you have one sitting in your closet - go for it! Lest we forget, Kate’s high school senior yearbook quote was “you can never be overdressed.”
